On August 29, 2023, communication service provider Telfin, together with the WhatCRM development team, launched a WhatsApp checker to check phone numbers for an installed messenger.

Using the WhatsApp Checker service in amoCRM and Bitrix24, you can quickly check for a phone number in WhatsApp. The solution integrates into CRM and displays the WhatsApp status for each contact in the customer database. Any phone number added to CRM can be checked for a messenger.

Verification of phone numbers is carried out online, after which an employee of the company can see in CRM whether WhatsApp is installed on the specified phone number or not, and the first to write to the client through the messenger. This service allows not only to quickly establish contact, but also to increase the effectiveness of online communications.

To launch WhatsApp verification, just download WhatsApp Checker from the amoCRM or Bitrix24 marketplace. You do not need to enter complex scripts and do your own settings.
