After the departure of the American company NetApp, on whose solutions the Ural-Press infrastructure was deployed, one of the Russian companies was left without vendor support and faced the need to maintain, repair and update NetApp DSS in-house.

Ural-Press decided to entrust vendor support to the ITGLOBAL.COM, with which there was already experience of cooperation in the direction of private cloud rental.

Our experience with ITGLOBAL.COM up to a certain time was only in the field of cloud infrastructure, although we knew about the expertise available to support NetApp solutions. Therefore, when there was a need to support NetApp DSS by Russian partners, we turned to ITGLOBAL.COM, - said Alexander Temnikov, head of the Ural-Press IT Infrastructure Department.
