2023: Using the BPMSoft platform

A recruiting company specializing in the search and development of middle and senior managers First (group) Ward Howell uses low-code a platform from BPMSoft "" (Lanit Omni part of the group) to automate key personnel processes LANIT. The implementation was implemented in partnership with GC "," whose Infocomm team provides technical support and further scaling of the solution. LANIT announced this on September 6, 2023.

Within the framework of the project, a single digital system was launched with integrated functional units for recruiting employees and project management. On its basis, the main processes are automated: search for applicants by complex criteria, interviewing, operations with contracts, accounts and acts, preparation of reports and final analytics. Tools have also been set up to monitor the candidates' funnel with reminder mechanisms and conversion efficiency analysis.

All data and interaction history are now stored in CRM. HR specialists of the company receive the necessary information in real time. End-to-end processes and automation of routine operations help teams significantly speed up work, minimize labor costs, and reduce errors. It has already implemented forecasting of the financial result by seven parameters, as well as more than two hundred projects.
