Synterra Media, a digital partner in the media content production, processing and delivery industry, together with VGTRK has completed work on the creation of a single media network. This allowed the media holding to optimize the logistics of TV and radio signals and flexibly use the resources of branches to form and distribute television and radio channels. Sinterra Media, together with PJSC Rostelecom, has built a large terrestrial network for transmitting studio-quality television signals, covering 11 time zones and uniting the 84 of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation. The network allows you to transmit signals from individual TV channels, TV channel packages, TV multiplexes according to the principle of "each with each."

Thanks to the joint development of a single media network, Russia 1 and Russia 24 are delivered to 84 VGTRK branches from the federal center in Moscow. Also, the infrastructure is used to deliver regionalized versions of channels on the online platform "Look."

The created single media network is an alternative to satellite signal delivery. Backup of trunk channels and application of Software-Defined Networking (SDN) technology ensures high reliability of signal delivery and opens up new opportunities for the development of broadcasting in Russia.
