In 1991 he graduated from the Tambov Institute chemical mechanical engineering (since 1993 -) Tambov State Technical University with a degree in Design and Technology of Radioelectronic Equipment, qualification of Radio Engineer-Designer-Technologist.

Career

1991: TSTU

After graduation, from 1991 to 1994 he worked as an assistant in the Department of Automated Systems and Devices of Tambov State Technical University.

1994: Deputy General Director of Tambov Telecommunication

Since 1994, for six years he worked at Tambov Telecommunication OJSC, where he went from telecommunications engineer to Deputy General Director.

2001: General Director of MCC-Volga Region (MegaFon - Volga Region)

January 3, 2001 - a year before the official launch of the network, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of OJSC MCC-Volga Region (MegaFon - Volga Region).
