A101 Group of Companies and Geoservice 2GIS are starting a joint project to place realistic models of residential areas of the developer on an interactive service map - both already erected facilities and those at an early stage of construction, as well as infrastructure filling. To create models of residential buildings, commercial and social facilities in the districts, the BIM construction modeling technology is used. Thanks to this, the objects on the interactive map are shown with maximum detail - with color facades, panoramic windows, details of the improvement of adjacent territories.

More and more customers are starting to search for a future place to live by studying public maps of the city, and not developer sites. BIM models allow potential customers to evaluate the architecture and planning solutions of districts in the early stages of construction, to study the main routes, public and recreational spaces. An important part of the project is the indication of social, urban and commercial infrastructure facilities on it so that potential residents can see its diversity and accessibility, said Tatyana Feinblit, Director for the Implementation of Digital Services of A101 Group of Companies.

As part of the pilot stage of the project, a realistic model of the Zen-Quarters residential area, located in the TiNAO, on the banks of the Ivanovo Pond and the Varvarka River, has already been placed on the map.

Realistic objects on maps attract the attention of users and allow you to get a visual idea of ​ ​ the location and architectural solution. This is especially valuable in the case of the new residential complex - users will be able to see and find out the details of what it will be like. As of September 2023, more than 150 realistic 3D models of buildings are 2GIS on the maps, and Zen-Quarters is the first project of its kind in Moscow in the field of new buildings, noted 2GIS Vice President of Commerce Kirill Kukartsev.

The solution developed from the A101 Group of Companies is available on any gadget in the mobile version of the geoservice or on the 2gis.ru website, realistic models are quickly loaded, night mode is also available - you can see how the quarter is lit in the dark.

2GIS technologies and tools allow you to integrate maps into other mobile applications and sites. This means that over time, realistic 2GIS models may appear on the website of the A101 Group of Companies, and not only for familiarization - technologies allow you to seamlessly show the apartment of each building, as well as connect the case models with the CRM system, which will immediately select and book your favorite apartment or commercial real estate object.
