"N3.Telemedicine consultations" is a service for collecting, transmitting and analyzing data within the framework of remote interaction of doctors with their colleagues and patients.

2025: Video Conferencing Module Optimization

Netrika Medicine (part of the N3.Group and Tashir MEDICA Group of Companies) and the Medical Information and Analytical Center (MIAC) of the Stavropol Territory have implemented a project to expand the functionality of the N3.Telemedicine consultations service. Also, within the framework of the project, the video conferencing function module (VKS) was updated. Netrika Medicine announced this on May 14, 2025.

The N3.Telemedicine Consulting service provides information interaction with database management systems (DMS) and operating systems (OS), information about which is included in the Unified Register of Russian Software and meets the regulatory requirements for import substitution of components of the state information system of the Stavropol Territory.

The need to update it was due to information security requirements, growing demand for remote consultations, as well as the need for rehabilitation support for citizens.

The Minister of Health of the Stavropol Territory Yuri Litvinov initiated and supported the development of telemedicine in the region. Initially, "N3.Telemedicine consultations" (N3.TMK) were launched in the Stavropol Territory in the format of a "doctor-doctor ‒" specialists had the opportunity to remotely interact with colleagues in the region. Thanks to the additionally established "Consultation" option, they can be connected in an unlimited amount for holding consultations, following which a protocol is formed in the format of a structured electronic medical document.

At the beginning of 2025, after the update of the VKS module, telemedicine consultations in the "doctor-patient" format were restarted in the region. Thanks to this, it became possible to conduct an initial history collection, discuss the tactics of further treatment and rehabilitation online. Patients attached to regional medical institutions can use the service.

The service "N3.Telemedicine consultations" is already actively used in a number of medical organizations, including psychiatric hospital No. 1, where psychologists remotely consult patients when possible. This allows timely identification of the need for further assistance and reduces the time for movement between settlements.

The service also helps to redistribute the burden on doctors: therapists and pediatricians can remotely receive patients from all over the region.

The update of the service "N3.Telemedicine consultations" is an important step in the development of digital health care in the Stavropol Territory. This not only increases the availability of medical care for residents of remote areas, but also optimizes the work of doctors, allowing to redistribute patient flows and reduce the burden on the polyclinic link.
