2023: Creation of production of disposable catheters for 184 million rubles

The Krasnodar company April received a loan of 184 million rubles from the regional Industrial Development Fund (FRP) to launch the enterprise. The press service of the administration of the Krasnodar Territory announced this on October 3, 2023.

Today, more than 50% of such products are supplied to the Russian market from abroad. The launch of production in our region will cover part of the needs of medical institutions, as well as create more than 40 new jobs, - said the Minister of Industrial Policy of Kuban Dmitry Khmelko in early October 2023.

According to the SPARK-Interfax system, April LLC was registered in 2008 in Krasnodar. Previously, the company worked under the name LLC "Center for Innovative Technologies and Consulting." Among the permitted activities of the company are the production of materials used for medical purposes, as well as the wholesale of pharmaceutical products and the production of medical instruments and equipment.

According to the regional government, in total, the expert council of the Industrial Development Fund of the Krasnodar Territory decided to support Kuban producers in the amount of 338.5 million rubles.

April is 51% owned by Valery Chagin, he is also the general director, the remaining 49% is owned by Alina Zimnukhova (data by early October 2023). In 2023, the company entered into 12 state contracts for the supply of various medical devices and equipment for a total of 241.5 million rubles - wheelchairs for children and adults, absorbent linen and a number of technical means of rehabilitation for the disabled.^[1]
