Outstaffing involves the provision of employees on a project basis. At the same time, the process of their registration, accrual of payments and documentation falls on the employment agency. This is a big burden on his staff, especially in the summer and winter periods: HR specialists are faced with the task of quickly hiring sometimes more than 1.5 thousand people in a few days. With the removal of covid restrictions, the workload of specialists only increased.

To optimize the processes, RSO Engineering decided to abandon paper in HR and began to look for a suitable personnel electronic document management service. The HRlink service was selected according to two main criteria. First, it has a simple, intuitive interface - it can be used by people with any level of technical literacy.

Secondly, the platform solved one of the main problems of the employment agency - remote employment of candidates. The Start Link module allows RSO Engineering to arrange students day to day, without personal meetings, and immediately send them to the place of actual work. Thanks to this, the agency's work significantly accelerated: at the beginning of the "burning" summer season, the RSO Engineering team was able to hire a record number of students - 1,975 people - in just five days.

The introduction of personnel EDO in RSO Engineering took place in stages. In the winter of 2023, the agency transferred a test group of 50 people to paperless document management, and a couple of months later it was expanded to a hundred. The HRlink team analyzed with the agency's employees specific examples of using the service from the practice of personnel officers, and also helped with the prompt release of a large number of licenses necessary to sign documents remotely while simultaneously employing a large number of people.

The personnel EDO service gives students constant access to all the necessary documents. The agency, in turn, got rid of a significant amount of paper and delivery costs, as well as the need to store physical copies of personnel documents in the archive.
