The management of RIV GOSH had a global goal - to reduce manual HR work at the selection stage and create a single and understandable process for all departments. To do this, the RIV GOSH network decided to automate the work of the HR department using the Stream Recruitment online platform.
Prior to this, the recruitment process in the company was not automated. Recruiters created applications in their own system, corresponded on candidates and coordinated information by e-mail, the database did not contain complete information about candidates. The process was automated comprehensively at different stages:
