Selectel provides custom infrastructure for Russian broker Go Invest

2023: Building a hyperconverged infrastructure

Selectel on October 24, 2023 provided custom infrastructure for the Russian broker Go Invest. Selectel developed the project using a private cloud, a dedicated proactive monitoring and remote desktop (VDI) system. As a result, the customer received a solution that fully meets the regulatory requirements and expectations of their customers for fault tolerance, security and network response.

A special element of the project was proactive monitoring of the current state of the customer's own equipment, which migrated to Selectel data centers from the on-premium site. The provider organized the move of Go Invest servers to its own data centers and took over their maintenance. As part of the collaboration, a dedicated team of engineers monitors the state of the infrastructure in 24/7 mode. This approach allows you to receive the most prompt notifications and quickly respond to problems, which is important for the uninterrupted operation of client services.

Go Invest's hyper-converged infrastructure is located in two data centers - the main and the backup. High-speed network equipment provides the necessary level of connectivity and constant connection with the resources of the Moscow Exchange and St. Petersburg Exchange for real-time information. In addition, infrastructure backup was implemented to meet the customer's specific fault tolerance requirements.

In addition to its own infrastructure, the customer needed to use the usual solution for work - a private cloud. Moreover, remote desktops (VDIs) were required to ensure the convenient and secure operation of distributed Go Invest commands. Thanks to the accumulated expertise, Selectel managed to build the necessary infrastructure in a short time and transfer it to Go Invest for use.
