RuPost is a comprehensive email management software solution for organizations of all sizes, compatible with OCAstra Linux Special Edition. According to the developers, the product is distinguished by a convenient graphical installer and a visual visual control panel. The configuration process is simple with out-of-the-box configuration templates. The solution includes a native RuPost Desktop mail client, a web client, and a plugin for Microsoft Outlook. The enterprise mail server supports automatic migration from Microsoft Exchange and parallel operation with the Microsoft solution.

Before switching to RuPost, Astra Group used an analogue open source Zimbra with Collaboration Suite (ZCS). The migration process to RuPost started in mid-August 2023 and is taking place in stages: in turn in all divisions. As of October 26, 2023, RuPost is already used by about 80% of the vendor's employees, and in total it is planned to transfer 1,700 users.

Most customers of Astra Group actively transfer their mail service to RuPost from Microsoft Exchange using the built-in RuPost Migration Tool, which allows you to solve this problem in automated mode and in a short time.
