For the warehouse, the management of ITALTRAK purchased 4 licenses of Warehouse 15. Now 2 data collection terminals with the extended Kleverens license installed on them are used for inventories. To do this, a document of recalculation of goods is uploaded to a mobile device, and storekeepers simultaneously process it from several shipping documentation - a function of collective work. Warehouse employees shall perform acceptance and shipment using two terminals with the installed full version of Warehouse 15. Deployed "Kleverens" quickly enough - in 2 weeks. At first we were worried that we would repeat the unsuccessful experience of introducing software from other developers, but this time they were very quickly automated: in just a month with 1 terminal in the first warehouse. At the first stage, the storekeepers of ITALTRAKA had to scan the barcodes of spare parts using shipping documentation, and check under whom they came in Excel or 1C - long and unreliable. At the second stage, Warehouse 15 was finalized: Kleverens takes data and values for the client from 1C and transfers them to the shipping documentation. In order for everything to be displayed correctly, you first need to create a cell with the customer name, in which warehouse employees will move parts from different deliveries. Everything we need is already in the software. But there is not enough automatic document recovery in case of loss of exchange with 1C due to breaks. communications The document disappears, you have to manually load it again. The result immediately got better than from other decisions. If mistakes occurred, they could be immediately corrected. Although at first I was directly angry: the technical support of "Cloverens" answered for a very long time. Because of the change of operators, sometimes I had to wait an hour, or even two, for an answer. And it seems that then he received a decision, but it did not work. Again it was necessary to clarify, then wait again. And so in a circle. The solution to the problem could take 6 hours. At our speeds, this is prohibitively long. Results
No specialist will be able to determine by appearance all the details without exception. If the barcode is lost, it is almost impossible to identify the small spare part. And about once a year, the ITALTRAK company handed over half a ton of such parts for scrap.
Before switching to automated accounting, our warehouse was run by 4 storekeepers. And with the opening of the 2 warehouse, an increase of 10 times and the investment of 500-600 million in goods, we hired only a loader.
