The project for the introduction of AXELOT WOS at the Hushbuy household chemicals warehouse has been completed. The functionality of the system made it possible to keep accurate records of even small-scale goods and speed up the inventory process. This was announced on October 31, 2023 by Axelot (Axelot).

HUSHBUY is a member of the BAHOR ASSOCIATION group of companies that operates in Uzbekistan. As of October 2023, BAHOR ASSOCIATION is developing in three directions at once: the production of household chemicals, the distribution of fuel, agricultural units and aggregates, as well as the cultivation and processing of cotton, vegetables and fruits.

By investing in business development, HUSHBUY pays special attention to warehouse logistics, since it is the order and accurate accounting in the warehouse that allows the company to ensure uninterrupted supply of production with raw materials and materials.

I decided to start the modernization of HUSHBUY from a small warehouse of household chemicals with an area of ​ ​ 500 square meters. m. The site works around the clock, finished products are received and sent here, as well as raw materials and materials are stored and transferred to production.

The key task of the modernization of the warehouse was the accounting of balances in real time. Only the warehouse management system can cope with this. HUSHBUY management asked AXELOT for a decision and received a proposal to implement AXELOT WOS. Given the small size of the warehouse and simple technological processes, the use of a full-fledged WMS would be redundant, but the Warehouse Operation System is ideally suited to the needs of the selected object. In addition, if necessary, switching to an AXELOT WMS class solution will not be a problem.

The implementation of AXELOT WOS made it possible to perform operations using shipping documentation. Warehouse management received its own system, which always contains up-to-date information about the stages of commodity processing, responsible performers and warehouse balances in the context of those analysts that are needed precisely for warehouse management purposes. The use of AXELOT WOS greatly simplified and accelerated the inventory, and opened up the possibility of a cyclical inventory, which allows you to update information the status of warehouse stocks regularly, without stopping the warehouse.

In addition, you can work in WOS using "paper technology," employees of warehouse HUSHBUY can perform warehouse operations using a printed document formed in AXELOT WOS. The use of "paper technology" is primarily aimed at eliminating downtime in the event of a failure and various force majeure circumstances. The use of AXELOT WOS enabled HUSHBUY to bring warehouse logistics in line with the best industry standards. The system supports the decision-making based on the current stock status in terms of shelf life, storage locations and receipt sequence. The system fully controls the life cycle of the item in the warehouse, providing the various services of the company with the necessary information.
