Roman Anatolyevich Sychev was born on May 18, 1972 in the city of Moscow. Graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute (faculty of the power space systems). Has more than 15-year experience in IT market.

In 2005 Sychev began the professional way to Merlion companies where stood at the origins of development of federal retail network of Pozitronika electronics, and was appointed to the position of the Managing director of regions. 2006 - the Director of franchizing, 2008 - the Commercial director of UK "Pozitronika".

From November, 2010 to March, 2014 - the General manager of Pozitronika network. Strategic development of the project for further increase in its commercial effectiveness, integration of franchasing network and also development of own retail enters a circle of tasks of Mr. Sychev.

With March, 2014 - Roman Sychev is appointed to the position of the marketing director Citilink. On this position Roman will be under direct supervision of Mikhail Slavinsky. In a new position Roman should concentrate on formation and control of marketing strategy and also strengthening of the existing positions of the company in the market.
