PJSC "Pavlovsky Order of Honor Factory of Art Metal Products named after Kirov" (founded 1890) is a leading domestic manufacturer of stainless steel and 925-sample silver cutlery. The plant is included in the Association "Folk Art Crafts" Russia as an enterprise that is of significant culturallyhistorical value. The products of the enterprise are diverse in style and price category, comply with GOST, are made of environmentally friendly materials, pass safety and usability checks. Today PJSC "Pavlovsky Order of Honor Factory of Art Metal Products named after Kirov" is a modern enterprise where craftsmen in the spirit of the best traditions of working with metal work real wonders: all the products of the plant are aesthetic, are distinguished by high quality and affordable price. The plant's products are sold both in Russia and in the countries of near and far abroad. At the beginning of 2022, the company's management decides on the need to start a project to modernize the accounting system existing at the enterprise. The main goal was the transition from the existing configuration "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" (1S:UPP) to a modern software solution. The reason for the start of the project was the lack of development of the functionality of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management system, as well as decisions made by the developer to terminate support for the program in the near future.

As a result of the requirements analysis, the choice was made in favor of the 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2 software product, it is a modern system that fully meets the needs of our business and the tasks of the enterprise, and also has the potential for further development. The 1C-Rarus-NN project team performed the following works:

• Audit of available information resources
• The goals and objectives of the project have been formed
• Key business processes simulated
• The work of the new information system on user credentials was demonstrated (The implementation of this stage helped to take into account the accounting features and provide for their implementation in "1C: ERP")
• Improvements to the system for the customer's activities have been implemented
• Trained users to work in the new system
• The system has been put into commercial operation
• Provides consulting support and prompt assistance to users in resolving emerging issues

As a result, the project successfully implemented the transition from " program to a modern information system based on "1C: ERP," which meets modern market requirements and business development goals, as well as allows you to quickly update the configuration with the release of new releases, developing the information system functionally and within the framework of legal requirements.
