About Customer

LLC NM-Tech is a manufacturer of microelectronic components. Develops production for the needs of civil microelectronics. More than 800 highly qualified specialists of LLC NM-Tech are implementing a project to organize the production and launch of production lines for microelectronic components to saturate the civilian market with a modern electronic component base. The total area of production premises is 43,000 sq.m., including 7,500 km.m. clean rooms according to ISO 6 class. The number of employees is 801 people.

Consulting is carried out on technical issues of working with 1C software products.

Description

The goal of the project was to ensure regulated and managerial accounting in the context of the full-fledged activities of the company.

At the start of the project, the specialists of 1C-Rarus Chelyabinsk were assigned the following tasks:

  1. Automate the accounting of the production process at the level necessary to correctly reflect the releases of production, engineering, monitoring batches and the distribution of costs for the release of finished products;
  2. Increase efficiency of internal business processes by means of automation in a single information environment;
  3. Automate production planning, purchasing, budgeting processes.

As a result of the project:

  1. Automated processes of planning, budgeting, production and management accounting;
  2. Methods for calculating the planned and actual cost have been developed;
  3. An information system has been introduced to ensure the solution of the enterprise's tasks in the following areas: regulated and tax accounting, budgeting and planning, management accounting;
  4. You have created a tool for production planning and cost accounting, and costing. As well as accounting for scrap, rework and WIP;
  5. The efficiency of internal business processes has been improved due to their automation in a single information environment.
