2017: Integration project for transition to a single IT platform of Otkritie Bank

Otkritie Bank is completing an integration project to transfer to a single IT platform the branches of the attached Petrokommerts Bank. In June 2015, the procedure for the legal accession of Petrokommerts Bank to Otkritie FC was completed, and a project began to transfer all Petrokommerts branches to common business processes, a single ABS and general processing, as well as to optimize the combined network of branches and branches. In February 2017, the project ended with the migration of the last Moscow head branch of Petrokommerts Bank.

The project was implemented through a step-by-step migration of each branch, and to maintain the achieved level of service, product and service improvements were carried out on the target IT infrastructure.

To implement the project, Otkritie IT Bank has formed five teams responsible for various functional areas. Successful coordination of teams made it possible to implement a large-scale project in the planned time frame and maintain the quality of customer service.

Kirill Menshov, Director of Information Technology at Otkritie Bank, emphasizes: "As a result of the project, the bank was able to significantly reduce transaction costs by abandoning IBSO CFT ABS and Way4 processing used at Petrokommerts Bank, as well as all relevant infrastructure. In particular, in accordance with the bank's strategy for using the x86 platform, expensive Hi-End RISC servers were decommissioned. The integration team in 2017 will focus on the following projects to harmonize the IT landscape of the bank. "

2016: Inclusion in Otkritie Bank

On August 23, 2016, Otkritie Holding announced the completion of the integration of its banking group. Nomos Bank, Otkritie Bank, Khanty-Mansi Bank and Petrokommerts Bank are merged into Otkritie Bank, the largest private bank in Russia.

2012: Lukoil main settlement bank in the ruble area
