CJSC Container terminal Saint Petersburg"" is a modern complex for transshipment of all types of container cargo, including refrigerated, oversized and dangerous. Description

Project objectives:

  1. Unify the methodology of business processes TOID and supply of a group of stevedoring enterprises under the management of T.A.Management.
  2. Implement functional coverage of the tasks of managing stevedoring production in terms of maintenance and supply in a single information ecosystem.
  3. Integrate the received IC into the heterogeneous multi-platform IT infrastructure of the group of enterprises.
  4. Improve process management:
  • maintenance and repair of equipment and equipment of the port;
  • providing port subdivisions with inventory.

To automate the management of the processes of maintenance and repair of equipment and equipment port within the framework of the project of unification digitalizations business processes and auxiliary production of stevedoring enterprises under the management of T.A.Management, management Morport SPb JSC decided to implement a comprehensive system. An important role in choosing an accounting system for the company's management was played by the fact that the software solution "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise Management 2 "is a modern system with great functionality for development, as well as the fact that the manufacturer supports the program.

During the first stage, 39 target processes were unified in 7 stevedoring enterprises, requirements for the target IS were formed on the basis of "1C: Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise Management 2 "+" 1C:Enterprise 8. TOIR Management of repair and maintenance of equipment 2 KORP "+" 1C:Enterprise 8. Vehicle management, "including requirements for regulatory reference information, functionality, integration mechanisms with solutions of Financial Management, HRM and EDMS of other vendors, unique systems of main production and satellite monitoring.

The requirements for the target IP are synchronized and verified with the requirements of five related automation projects on other information platforms, which made it possible to synchronize the Schedule of six projects with contractors.

During the next stage, the functionality of the first stage was developed and tested, which is necessary to launch accounting and tax accounting in a short time. Started:

  • Basic M&R processes that allow to analyze the actual implementation of all types of impacts, in kind and in value;
  • Basic demand generation processes, procurement procedures and IPZ consumption.

In parallel with stage 2, work was carried out to centralize and unify 17 TOIR directories of seven stevedoring enterprises.

The created target directory storage and management system made it possible to further unify and centralize an additional 50 out of 116 target directories.

The fourth stage was the final point of the project: TOIR Budgets were formed for each of the seven stevedoring enterprises.

Using the Application Solution "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise Management 2 "made it possible to automate such accounting areas as: a bid campaign for the needs of divisions in MPZ, supplier selection processes and procurement control, the reflection of the actual receipt and movement of MPZ within the enterprise, including write-off to costs.
