Description

In 2021, the company has a need to switch to the modern target information system (IS) "1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2" in typical functionality. The main goal of the project is to bring the legal entity of Hartmann-Rus JSC to a separate IP for the following accounting areas:

  • Operational accounting
  • Regulated accounting

The company ""was chosen as the executor of the project to create a new information system 1C-Rarus as a highly professional and reliable partner with extensive experience in automating accounting systems, having a certificate in the quality management system IS0 9001:2015. The tasks that were solved during the implementation of the project:

  1. The processes of operational and regulated accounting were examined in order to automate these processes in the target information system, taking into account the processes of the operational circuit.
  2. The document "Specification of technical requirements" has been developed in terms of transfer of NSI and residues from the Syteline system and the current base "1C: Accounting CORP."
  3. The development of data loading and integration described in the Specification of Technical Requirements document has been implemented.
  4. The NSI and residues were pre-loaded in order to test the correct loading.
  5. Balances and NSIs were loaded from the current information systems (Syteline and 1C: Accounting CORP);
  6. The users were trained in the standard functionality of the target system within the functional boundaries.
  7. Pilot operation was carried out, in which users duplicate some of the operations in the new system and fine-tune typical processes.
  8. The residues and NSI were re-loaded into the target base before the start of industrial operation.
  9. The system is put into commercial operation on time.
  10. On a regular basis, support is provided when working in the new system.

The successful result of the project is the target IE launched from January 1, 2023 into commercial operation in the maximum standard functionality based on the configuration "1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2" with transferred balances and NSI from the current system (Syteline) and from "1C: KOP Accounting."

As a result, the following metering areas are automated:

  1. Commercial Service (Sales Planning, Sales, Customer Ordering)
  2. Area of warehouses and loading and unloading operations (accounting for warehouse operations related to the receipt of raw materials, materials, workwear to the warehouse, their movement, capitalization of finished products, its storage and sale);
  3. Purchasing group (procurement of raw materials, basic and auxiliary materials, from the generation of the purchase requirement to the fulfillment of the terms of the contract with the supplier)
  4. Production of cast containers (creation of demand for production of products, periodic updating of the planned accounting price of each product, release of finished products, recording of costs for manufactured products, production by boiler method);
  5. Transport logistics without automation of logistics processes (planning of vehicles for shipment or loading, selection of a carrier on the exchange, shipment of products/receipt of raw materials);
  6. Financial and Accounting Service (all processes in terms of accounting and tax accounting).

30 workplaces were automated.
