The waybill is one of the main transport documents, without which drivers of public and freight transport, as well as taxis, cannot enter the flight. It confirms the safety of the vehicle on public roads, and is necessary when conducting accounting operations on transport.

Companies of the Kaliningrad region, together with the operator of the EPD information system, are conducting pilot projects, as a result of which a roadmap will be formed for a full-scale transfer of the enterprise to the use of electronic waybills.

Since March 1, 2023, Electronic transportation documents have been approved by law. In addition to the existing forms, special xml-forms of the track sheet were added to the EPD GIS.

Information is subject to transfer to the EPD GIS: about the owner of the vehicle, the driver, the vehicle, medical control and technical control, both before leaving and upon returning from the flight. This information is transmitted to the operator to form an electronic waybill.
