The Moscow manufacturer has developed and launched into mass production a device for ore enrichment by separating magnetic impurities. This was announced on November 14, 2023 by the Minister of the Government of Moscow, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy Vladislav Ovchinsky.

"Scientific and Technical Center" Bakor "is actively developing the production base, implementing the concept of technological sovereignty. Thus, the company launched a serial production of a magnetic separator - a device for separating the magnetic component of ore from non-magnetic material for the purpose of enrichment. This equipment is especially in demand in the mining and metallurgical industry. The company plans to produce at least 20 such devices a year, investments in the project amounted to more than 10 million rubles, - said Vladislav Ovchinsky.

The company managed to produce a magnetic separator with improved modified characteristics, which give significant quality in front of analogues, in particular: quick cleaning of nozzles and a separate lubrication system for all bearings without stopping the working process, as well as an electric drive that simplifies the process of turning the magnetic system. Thanks to him, Russian enterprises will be able to significantly improve the quality of products, reduce the cost of processing raw materials and increase the efficiency of work. The first device has already been put on industrial tests to the Russian mining and processing plant in the Belgorod region.

The development of the industrial production of the magnetic separator is one of the stages of the implementation of the investment plan for the development of the product line of our company. It covers the entire range of equipment for the main technological chain of mining and processing plants. An important role in the speed of development and development of new products is played by measures to support the Moscow government.
