The Moscow Fund for Industry and Entrepreneurship Support (MPPPiP) was established in 2017 and is a subordinate organization of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of the city of Moscow. IPPFiP provides targeted loans to enterprises for up to 5 years with an interest rate of 2% to 5% per annum.

Under IPPFiP programs, loans are provided for:

  • Acquisition of new equipment;
  • Development and development works;
  • Refinance of investment loans;
  • Acquisition of industrial engineering services;
  • Replenishment of working capital;
  • Expenses related to export activities;
  • Improvement and other needs of enterprises.

According to him, the funds issued by MPPPiP can be used to purchase raw materials, materials and components for the production of products that are fully or partially exported. The tool allows you to receive up to 300 million rubles for a period of up to five years at a rate of three percent, he said.

In particular, the manufacturer of robotic complexes received a loan of 100 million rubles for export development, manufacturers of cosmetics and medical equipment each received 200 million rubles, Ovchinsky said, without naming the companies.
