2023: Obtaining a loan of 107 million rubles from MPPP

The Moscow Fund for Industry and Entrepreneurship Support (MPPPiP) issued GrafitEl - Moscow Electrode Plant a preferential loan of over 107 million rubles for the development of the production complex. This was announced on June 14, 2023 by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov.

GrafitEl - Moscow Electrode Plant received a loan of 107.1 million rubles from the Moscow Fund for Industry and Entrepreneurship Support. Attracting a loan will help the company purchase new equipment for production, and subsequently increase investments in the city's economy and create new jobs, "said Vladimir Efimov.

The company's own investments in the implementation of these goals will amount to at least 45.9 million rubles.

"GraphiteEl - Moscow Electrode Plant" was built in 1933 in Moscow. As of June 2023, the company's main products - high-strength graphites and carbon composites - are used in metallurgy, chemistry, mechanical engineering, radio engineering and other industries. The company employs more than 200 people.

The plant plans a deep modernization of the main production equipment within the framework of the approved investment program for 2023-2026. Cooperation with the Fund is the implementation of the first stage of the program. The company uses the attracted and own funds for its intended purpose: it will acquire turning and milling centers, a high-temperature autoclave, electric furnaces for firing composite materials and other modern equipment, - said the general director of the plant Sergey Yurkov.
