About Customer

Standard Electric LLC is the first company in Russia to produce cable fasteners. The production base of the enterprise produces a wide range of different types of trays and components for laying high-voltage cables. Their advantages are in the high speed of assembly, complete absence of welding work, the presence of different types (sheet, ladder, wire), in the possibility of selection for the conditions of the laying medium.

Description

In order to form a unified information system, manage various aspects of the enterprise's activities, automate production, the management of Standard-Electric LLC decided to automate all key business processes of the company on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. ERP Enterprise Management 2.0. " The choice of this software product is due to the possibility of a comprehensive solution to the tasks in the field of accounting and planning of production, as well as optimal compliance of this software product with the requirements of the company.

The following phases were completed during the project:

  • installation of the software product;
  • initial settings of the software product and accounting policy;
  • transfer of reference books;
  • entering initial residues
  • test run;
  • rework of the main accounting units;
  • commissioning industrial.

During the implementation, the following areas were automated:

  • Sales Management and CRM
  • Procurement management
  • Warehouse inventory management
  • cash management;
  • production management.

After a successful test, the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise Management 2.0 "has been put into commercial operation.

As a result of implementation "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise Management 2.0 "automated key processes and accounting mechanisms, provided the work of 10 users.

The system was put into commercial operation in 22.07.2019.
