Biography

He graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of the FSBEI HE of the Russian State University of the Humanities.

For more than 13 years he has been working in the field of search and selection of specialists for IT companies in Russia, Kazakhstan, Great Britain, Germany, France, the USA, Saudi Arabia and Singapore.

Since 2020, he has been developing areas for attracting talents in Russian and international technology companies, including participating in the creation of an IT recruitment from scratch.

In the BSS team, Mikhail co-manages the practice of providing IT services. Among the customers are the largest banks, mobile operators, leading fintech companies and system integrators.

The basis of the service portfolio of practice is the provision of teams of architects, developers, analysts and testers to solve a wide range of technological problems: from refactoring corporate architecture to creating breakthrough products in the Russian and CIS markets.

Attracting high-quality IT specialists for specific projects is a responsible and very important part of our work in the field of outsourcing.
