"When we compared solutions, we also estimated capital costs for migration and subsequent operating costs for infrastructure maintenance. Working in the Yandex 360 virtual office for business turned out to be less expensive than maintaining your own platform, "explains Aleksei Rozhkov, head of the KDL IT infrastructure department.

According to KDL, the creation of its own IT infrastructure would cost more than 2 million rubles, and the monthly operating costs for its maintenance and support of the company's business processes would be at least 100 thousand rubles.

We see this trend and are developing the functionality of Yandex 360 services for business so that they help solve maximum business problems at lower costs. The process of moving to Yandex 360 for business took two months: during this time, it was possible to completely transfer corporate data and accounts. Now 2,000 KDL employees use cloud services: Disk for general work on documents, Mail for internal correspondence, Messenger for prompt communication, and discussions of key issues with teams from regional offices are held in the format of video meetings in Telemost.
