X-Com scaled the network infrastructure of the Solovyov neuropsychiatric center

2023: Local Area Network Development

On November 17, 2023, the X-Com Group of Companies announced the completion of the project for the development of a local area network (LAN) of the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution of the city of Moscow "Scientific and Practical Psychoneurological Center named after Z.P. Solovyov" (GBUZ NPC named after Solovyov DZM). As a result, a reliable technological base was built for the introduction of a security video surveillance system.

The engineers of the X-Com project team conducted an audit of the customer's network infrastructure and studied the design of the future video surveillance system, including the layout of active equipment and its specification. The information obtained made it possible to develop an economically and technologically sound project for the development of the institution's LAN and form an optimal set of network equipment.

communications 48-port gigabit controlled switchboards PoE + level 2 + TP-Link TL-SG3452XP were selected to organize lines between video cameras and recorders.

The total budget of all PoE ports that comply with PoE + 802.3af/at standards is 500 watts, so that all the necessary equipment can be connected to them. Using a single Ethernet cable for data and power can reduce the cost of additional power cables. The project was completed in full compliance with the contractual conditions in terms of scope and terms. All equipment is integrated into the customer's information system, the necessary commissioning, commissioning and testing are performed.
