The Institute for Development in Housing has ДОМ.РФ improved hiring results, cutting job closure time by 25% compared to 2020. The most popular areas of selection of candidates: Bank of ДОМ.РФ, Unified Service Center and digital vertical. This was announced on November 20, 2023 by TalentTech (Severgroup TT).

ДОМ.РФ became one of the first large ones to state-owned companies almost completely automate the selection process using - HR solutions, Stream"" starting in 2018. During this time, it was possible to build HR interaction with candidates in the ATS-system "Stream Recruitment" and form a single base of candidates with more than 700 thousand people. In 2023, ДОМ.РФ was faced with the task of individually adjusting the existing system to improve the recruitment and HR analytics process.

The Development Institute has reduced the burden on recruiters thanks to integration an ATS system with an internal corporate portal. The application for the search for a specialist is started and agreed in the corporate portal, and then all information about the vacancy is automatically transferred to the "Stream Recruitment." Recruiters do not need to re-enter information to create a job if the search request is approved.

Additional fields, such as job type and vacancy category, have been added to the system for transparent evaluation of HR department work during the job creation phase. When the recruiter receives a selection request, he determines the category of the vacancy, and the system itself indicates in the vacancy the target period by which the employee needs to be found.

Thanks to the transition to the updated API, it was possible to quickly receive data on the effectiveness and workload of recruiters, feedback from hiring managers and candidates, as well as on compliance with the deadlines for closing vacancies. As of November 2023, the ДОМ.РФ is able to export all basic metrics daily, which allows you to see the current dynamics and compare it with previous stages. Also, in the recruitment system, an additional module of surveys of candidate satisfaction was connected. Feedback helps the company see the strengths and weaknesses of recruitment. Analysis on this parameter can be obtained in one click.

Thanks to the automation of the selection process using the ATS-system "Stream Recruitment," the ДОМ.РФ managed to reduce the time for closing vacancies and reduce the time for completing routine tasks for recruiters by about 30%, as well as increase the average level of customer satisfaction with the selection process by 3-4 percentage points. In 2023, the company closed more than 1,500 vacancies in various business areas.
