LLC INNOVA"" develops and issues. computer games The company is building long-term relations with the audience, the games of INNOVA LLC are in demand even 10 years after the release. After the sale, work is carried out to maintain interest in the project, online and offline events are organized.

Description

In order to preserve information about customers, analyze the customer base, prepare a selection for various parameters, the management of INNOVA LLC decided to implement a CRM system.

Product selection criteria:

  • ease of mastering and implementation of the system
  • good developer support
  • possibility of sorting and selection of the client base by different characteristics and properties
  • convenience of data analysis

Having performed market analysis, the choice was made in favor of the solution "1C:Enterprise 8. CRM CORP, "and 1C-Rarus was selected as the software supplier.

The system was put into operation in February 2020.

Summing up the work using the CRM system, the company's management notes:

  1. The main result is the creation of a single repository of all information about buyers: age, gender, geographical location, contact information.
  2. A convenient mechanism for generating a sample from the client base according to the specified parameters has been implemented. Various target audiences are formed with which marketing operations are planned: invitations to events, surveys, distribution of commercial offers. The labor intensity of obtaining the sample is several minutes, earlier it took several working days to select and group users of the INNOVA LLC software.
  3. The program generates questionnaires to identify the wishes of users, analyzes the results of the questionnaire. The opinion of buyers is taken into account in the plans for the further development of games and programs.
  4. The work on putting the system into operation was carried out by 1C-Rarus specialists. The program is available in development, consultations with 1C-Rarus specialists and demonstration of functionality helped users quickly master the system and start working in the accounting system.

  • Monthly delivery and installation of ITS delivery set to the user's workplace is performed
  • Consulting is carried out on methodological issues of working with the 1C program
