In the Surgut agglomeration, IT is developing on the basis of a digital platform RITM³

2023: Intelligent Transport System Development

The Group of SIMETRA Companies, together with the region integrator Remmark LLC, has completed the next stage of work on the development of intelligent transport system Surgut the urban agglomeration. Simetra announced this on November 20, 2023.

The project for the creation and development of an intelligent transport system (ITS) on the basis of the domestic digital platform RITM³. The customer of the work is the MKU "Directorate of Road Transport and Housing and Communal Complex."

Especially for the needs of the Surgut agglomeration, we modernized the platform, optimized its operation and significantly expanded the functionality of six modules, "said Dmitry Stavsky, head of the Moscow office of SIMETRA. - ITS based on RITM³ will improve the quality of transport system management, including making public transport more efficient for the city and convenient for residents.

According to the Rating of Russian cities in terms of the quality of public transport, Surgut ranks 51st out of 84 largest cities in Russia, ahead of Nizhnevartovsk.

The ^RITM³ integration platform for managing the city's intelligent transport system will be gradually implemented by the company from 2022. The platform is part of the general IT system of the Surgut agglomeration.

The first stage of the project development ensured the implementation of modules integration and main components of the system. So in 2022, modules were introduced (GIS Geo-information system for collection, storage, analysis and graphic), visualization of data electronic KSODD (integrated traffic management scheme), monitoring the effectiveness of ITS, a module for managing road work with the functionality of receiving citizens' requests and a module for dispatch control of ITS for emergencies and aircraft. Integration was also carried out with the existing (software systems and subsystems of ITS) customer.

Implementing the second stage in the current 2023, the company's specialists modernized the functionality of the ITS integration platform ^RITM³ specifically for the tasks of the IT of the Surgut agglomeration - they added the functions of the modules necessary for the customer, and also configured their work. In addition, modules of the integration platform of the IT of the Surgut agglomeration were integrated with software - systems, ITS subsystems and the departmental information system of the customer.

In addition, full-time training was carried out for employees of the MKU "Directorate of Road Transport and Housing and Communal Complex" to work with the IT of the Surgut urban agglomeration and its subsystems. At this stage, the project is supported online.
