About Customer and Project

The team of specialists 1C-Rarus"" completed the automation of work with customers in LLC Raiden"." The implementation 1C: Trade and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) of "" helped reduce the risks of data loss, process orders faster, and attract more new customers.

Raiden LLC leases cars to legal entities with and without a driver.

Up to a certain period of time, only the software product 1C: Accounting 8 was used for accounting in the company. The capabilities of this solution were not enough to organize an effective process of relations with customers: incoming requests, agreements reached were recorded in the managers' diaries, management could not control and influence the progress of work. Management decisions were made intuitively.

The management of Raiden LLC was tasked with switching to an automated accounting system, which will allow to comprehensively reflect the work with counterparties and analyze the results.

To solve the problem, we turned to 1C-Rarus specialists for help. The software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Trade and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). "

With the help of 1C-Rarus consultants, users collected and entered into the information database data on buyers, the company's fleet, set up convenient AWS to increase the speed of paperwork.
