2023: Automation of customer relationship management and sales management based on PP "1C:Enterprise 8. CRM CORP at DEGASA LLC
About Customer and Project
DEGASA LLC is a manufacturing company supplying a wide range of chemical products for horizontal directional drilling. The goal and priority of the company is to offer the client the most modern and high-quality chemicals on the Russian market.
For management, it is important that customers quickly receive answers to questions related to the purchase of company products. It was decided to implement this strategy using the implementation of the CRM system.
The purpose of automation is to increase the level of client service, attract more buyers.
It was decided to build work with the client base on the basis of the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. CRM CORP. " 1C-Rarus was selected as the supplier and executor of the project.
As part of the project, the CRM information base was filled with reference information, the sales manager's AWS was set up, and user training was carried out.
The result of the transition to the CRM system has become tangible from the first months of operation:
- Cases of loss of information on the customer are excluded, for example, contact details of the customer, requests for an order;
- The process of processing the sale has accelerated, the preparation of invoices, contracts and acts takes 50% less time;
- The number of lost customers decreased by analyzing and working out the reasons for the rejection of the deal;
- The speed of providing feedback to customer requests has increased by 3 times due to the structured storage of information about customers, contact persons, the history of negotiations and transactions;
- The discipline of fulfillment of obligations to clients and internal corporate assignments has improved;
- The inflow of new customers increased by 20% due to increased efficiency of marketing activities;
- The company's management has a tool for controlling the work of managers. Sales analysis is possible in the context of various indicators, which helps to plan work for the month, quarter and year.

We have applied to 1C-Rarus for the automation of activities on 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. Our organization has decided to use the software product "1C:Enterprise 8 . CRM CORP "for the purpose of automated accounting according to Russian legislation standards.
The system was put into commercial operation in 23.08.2023.
Our choice of 1C: Enterprise 8.CRM CORP program was mainly influenced by the following capabilities of the product to automate business processes:
- Management of the client base, detailed characteristics of each client and contact person, dynamics of changes in the state of relations with clients, the ability to quickly enter and access information about the client;
- Customer Contact Management, Customer Contact History Accounting, Customer Demand Registration, Online Information Transfer between Departments, Contact Planning;
- Use Internet maps, search and display on the Internet map the location of customers at the address;
- Planning and monitoring of activities, coordination of work in time, a system of reminders and issuance of tasks;
- Dispatching, workplace of the heads of subdivisions, managers for receiving and distribution of incoming events, control over the workload of employees of subdivisions with the possibility of distributing/redistributing the load between them;
- Management of business processes for working with clients, creation of regulations for working with clients and templates of typical actions, for sale, service servicing of complaints;

As a result of its implementation, the efficiency of automated services improved, the time for routine operations was reduced, and the quality of staff work improved. Using 1C:Enterprise 8 system programs successfully, we recommend that other companies also become users of these programs.
