Customer Feedback
We have applied to 1C-Rarus for the automation of activities on 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. Our organization has decided to use the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. CRM CORP "for the purpose of automated accounting according to Russian legislation standards.
The system was put into commercial operation in 11.07.2022.
Our choice of 1C: Enterprise 8.CRM CORP program was mainly influenced by the following capabilities of the product to automate business processes:
- Management of the client base, detailed characteristics of each client and contact person, dynamics of changes in the state of relations with clients, the ability to quickly enter and access information about the client;
- Manage customer contacts, record customer contact history, register customer requirements, quickly transfer information between departments, and plan contacts.
- Use Internet maps, search and display on the Internet map the location of customers at the address;
- Plan and monitor actions, coordinate work in time, dunning system and issue tasks.
- Dispatching, workplace of the heads of subdivisions, managers for receiving and distribution of incoming events, control over the workload of employees of subdivisions with the possibility of distribution/redistribution of the workload between them;
- Manage business processes for customer service, create customer service procedures and templates for typical actions, sales, service claims;
- Sales management, stage and stage management, creation of standard activity templates, quotation preparation mechanism, operational management mechanism and sales cycle analysis - sales funnel;
- Marketing management - customer segmentation, management of marketing companies, evaluation of the effectiveness of advertising and marketing campaigns, questionnaires, telemarketing;
- Service and Warranty Service. Accounting of goods in service: by serial numbers, terms and types of service. Management of customer service calls and orders;
- Evaluations. Multivariate sales analysis, ABC sales analysis, analysis of customer service status, employee performance, customer base analysis;
- Knowledge base on sales, goods, competitors, service; structuring information, searching by keywords, quick access to information;
- Protect information. Setting information access rights for users, providing users with access only to information on their clients;
- Make it easier to perform routine operations, integrate with e-mail, prepare reports, New Customer Input Assistant, search for customer twins, group customer processing, filters.
Software Product "1C:Enterprise 8. CRM CORP "has a clear and friendly interface, easy to use. As a result of its implementation, the efficiency of automated services improved, the time for routine operations was reduced, and the quality of staff work improved. Using 1C:Enterprise 8 system programs successfully, we recommend that other companies also become users of these programs.
