When working with customers, it is important to store a lot of important information - contacts, terms of the transaction, agreements reached on further meetings and calls. Without a professional CRM system, it became difficult to manage projects.

The provider of the information system was chosen from experience to work, studying information on the Internet and analyzing the cases of implemented projects. The decision was made in favor of VC "1C-Rarus," a company with 27 years of experience, a leader in the business automation market .

The CRM system is based on the software product 1C:Enterprise 8. CRM CORP, the solution covers the basic needs of Crocus International JSC, easily adapts to business tasks, does not require large launch costs.

The 1C-Rarus command delivered and installed the program to user workplaces, conducted individual training, configured accounting parameters, report forms, rights and roles for different employees. Number of users "1C:Enterprise 8. CRM CORP "to date 10 people.

As a result of the implementation, it was possible to organize a single information space for working with Customers. The program reflects all interactions for each transaction. Having formed the report, it becomes clear at what stage each project is, what is the plan for further work. There is an increase in the efficiency of managers, less time passes from primary negotiations to the deal, projects are not delayed due to the construction of communications and failure to meet deadlines.
