Pumori-North-West, located in St. Petersburg, is the largest company in the North-West region in the supply of high-quality metal cutting, procurement, blacksmith press equipment and tools. The company has 20 years of experience in implementing engineering projects, supplying equipment and their service support. The Company also provides a service to train and train customer personnel to operate and maintain the equipment.

Almost every client of the company is a project sale, in which several departments take part at once: starting from the work of sales department employees, then transferring to production, then connecting service and conducting training if necessary. The production itself is quite complex and can be multi-stage with the use of both own forces and through orders to suppliers.

Taking into account all the specifics of the work, the heads of departments and companies wanted to see clear information on the progress of work, at what stage the projects are, plan and control each stage, manage resources.

The 1C: Trade and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system copes with these tasks in combination with the KORP level 1C:CRM.

1C-Rarus specialists in St. Petersburg installed a system for 70 jobs, conducted training for users, answering all questions about using the program in relation to the client's business.
