2021: Automation of customer relationship management and sales management based on PP "1C:Enterprise 8. CRM CORP at Sennheiser Audio LLC

The company Sennheiser Audio LLC, formed in 2006, is the official representative of Sennheiser Group in Russia. To date, Sennheiser equipment is widely used in the largest television, radio and film companies, recording studios, concert and conference halls in Russia. Thanks to the successful development strategy of Sennheiser Audio LLC, the Sennheiser brand in Russia occupies a stable position as a premium-class brand for consumers who consciously choose quality.

The volume of orders in the company is growing, in order to organize effective interaction with customers, it was decided to purchase a modern CRM system.

Project prerequisites

Customer interactions were recorded in Excel spreadsheets and notebooks. It was difficult for the sales manager to get reliable information about the performance of each manager. After the employees were fired, there was a risk of losing ties with his clients. There were also wishes to improve the work of the sales department. Orders were formed without stock availability analysis, there were delays in the supply of demanded models.

Automation process

For solving the tasks, the management of Sennheiser Audio LLC turned to the 1C-Rarus radio center. The main criterion for choosing a supplier is the experience of automating large trading companies. 1C-Rarus specialists proposed to automate operational accounting using the 1C: Enterprise 8 configuration . CRM CORP. "

Work was performed on the supply and installation of software, the initial configuration of the information base was carried out, assistance was provided in filling out directories and entering initial balances, individual training was carried out.

Results of the transition to "1C:Enterprise 8. CRM CORP "

  • Warehousing has been established. Employees work in a single system and can track real remnants. Thanks to this, the procurement department forms applications for manufacturers on time, exactly the goods that are needed at the moment are purchased. Due to well-planned purchases, unnecessary costs are reduced.
  • The history of interaction with clients is maintained in a single information space, and the client base is under reliable protection. The sales manager can monitor the work of each manager.
  • The system of working with payments has been improved, cash receipt control has become more convenient, this helps to reduce the volume of receivables.

Currently, the automation project has entered the maintenance stage.
