To help build internal processes of interaction with Customers, the management of EDVANTA LLC invited 1C-Rarus experts.

In the work on each project, details are important, strict adherence to agreements, control over the deadlines for work completion, storage of interaction history. Business is growing, building work with a client in a diary is not productive, a full-fledged CRM system is needed.

The management of EDVANTA LLC formulated plans:

  • building long-term relationships in Customers
  • increase in sales due to more efficient work, secondary sales, influx of new customers on recommendation
  • increased conversion
  • transparent sales reports

It was decided to use the 1C: Enterprise 8 configuration as an accounting system . CRM CORP. " The program was introduced in May 2020, 11 users work in a single information base at the same time.

CRM System Results:

  1. The system collects customer data, stores a history of each customer and each contact person. Doubles are not allowed.
  2. Requests to the company are recorded in the program and redirected to specialized specialists. No question goes unanswered. The analysis of conversion over the last 3 months of work showed a 20% increase compared to the indicators of the same period last year.
