About Customer and Project

LLC "Campaign" VOG-Trade "is engaged in the production of metal products, furniture, metal structures, souvenir and advertising products from metals and non-metals, artificial [[| stone, manual and mechanized forging. It has been operating in the market since 2008.

The management of VOG-Trade Campaign LLC was interested in the data: how many requests from new customers to the company end with the conclusion of contracts and a transaction. It turned out that it is very difficult to collect analytics, calls are switched to managers, the results of negotiations are either not recorded at all, or are entered into personal diaries or local files. Only orders and contracts are recorded in the operational accounting system. It was possible to estimate the total volume of cases approximately. Customers "contact details were also stored in a separate way, and for some customers there were none at all.

The identified problems made us think about automation. Working with the client base, building long-term relationships is an important component for business development.

On the recommendation of friends, the management of VOG-Trade turned to 1C-Rarus. After looking at the capabilities of the 1C: Enterprise 8 configuration . CRM CORP, "it was decided to automate the work of the sales department with this solution.

The program has been established, personnel training has been carried out, initial data has been entered to start work. Work in the system began in February 2020.

After 10 months of work, an effectiveness assessment was carried out. The results pleased:

  1. Sales have increased. Incoming requests are recorded in the CRM system, work is planned for each client, meetings, calls, reactions to a request for information are made on time. Cases of contact loss are excluded.
  2. Management evaluates the performance of the sales department against the specified indicators. Builds a company development strategy based on real work data.
  3. The program automatically calculates the conversion.
  4. The program helps you allocate a target audience for marketing activities. There were more sales during the period of the shares.

Cooperation with 1C-Rarus continues in terms of consulting services and software updates.
