About Customer and Project

LLC Aegis"" is engaged in the supply of solutions for safety transportation and inventory Internet sale , signal sealing devices for various types of objects: doors,,, warehouses offices bank premises, safes, storefronts,, and, fuel trucks automobile railway transport resource meters, etc.

One of the company's activities is the supply of consumables and equipment for banks and collection services, and the examination of signal devices. The Egida company is located in the city of Rostov-on-Don and operates in the Rostov, Astrakhan regions and the Republics of the North Caucasus.

Earlier in the company, the accounting system was built on the basis of the software product "1C: Integrated Automation 8," but there were tasks in loading and processing applications from any source, in describing and monitoring the execution of the company's business processes, in analyzing the effectiveness of advertising channels, as there were difficulties with the prompt receipt of data.

Representatives of Aegis turned to 1C-Rarus in Rostov-on-Don to expand the functionality of the software product. Based on the analysis of the project goals, 1C-Rarus specialists recommended to supplement the existing accounting system with a module that allows automating all aspects of customer communications, sales management, business processes - "1C:CRM. Module for 1C:ERP and 1C: КА2. "

During the project, 1C-Rarus specialists performed the following works:

  • Initially configure accounting and user account settings.
  • Set up a typical "My Sales" desktop with access rights for 5 users.
  • Configure access rights for typical profiles.
  • User training.
  • Set up a customer card, enter basic details, and additional customer dimensions.
  • Create a sales funnel, set up transaction process milestones, and test run.
  • Set up and demonstrate the operation of the main standard reports.
  • Setting up CRM integration with the iCRM application and with instant messengers.

As a result of the introduction of the new accounting system, the management of Egida LLC was able to analyze the company's activities in real time. This has helped to increase the transparency and manageability of business processes. Sales employees can record and promptly respond to each appeal - online communication with buyers is maintained. This increases customer loyalty. It is possible to analyze the effectiveness of advertising channels and use the most effective sources in marketing activities in the future.

5 workplaces were automated. The system was put into operation in November 2022.

Cooperation between Egida LLC and 1C-Rarus continues under the support agreement.
