During the project, more than 250 additional requirements for the implementation of the project were identified and more than 100 modifications were completed to facilitate the work of users and reduce the time for performing operations.

The 1C-Rarus team has set up interaction and centralized exchange between specialized integrable applications: WMS-system, cash module, goods marking system, BI storage and document management system, portal for customs clearance of goods.

It allows you to ensure high system performance for one-time work of more than 1.5 thousand users - employees of the office, warehouse and chain stores.

Since the start of preparing the system for launch in the first store, 1C-Rarus employees have taken the system for comprehensive support: infrastructure support, consultations for system users in the office and network stores, and further development of the system functionality. Support and development of the system will be carried out by certified 1C specialists in strict accordance SLA with the standards. ITIL

The secret to the success of our project lies in a number of factors. Firstly, this is the highest motivation. The project team, both from Desport and 1C-Rarus, worked smoothly and with maximum concentration throughout each phase of the project, even outside the work schedule, if necessary to achieve the result. Secondly, an effective organization. We divided the functional perimeter into blocks (procurement, commodity movement, production, etc.) and formed dedicated teams for each block with clear roles and areas of responsibility. To coordinate the work of the teams and resolve between functional issues, responsible ones were appointed. Effectively built communication and management were the key to implementing such a complex project in a very short time. In addition to implementing all the necessary business processes with the necessary level of automation, we also managed to configure and launch a full accounting loop of the enterprise in a record short time,
