The service simplifies the selection of drivers with freight transport in the event of a sharp increase in traffic volumes. The system independently finds the most suitable performer for a specific request and invites him to fulfill the order.

This tool is designed for organizations that work with hired vehicles. First of all, these are freight carriers and retail companies with a staff of logicians from 5 to 20 people.

The product was developed in conjunction with the logistics that manage intra-city transportation every day. "BIA. Assistant Logist "automates the entire delivery process: from driver selection to incident control and order execution.

Using the prototype of the platform, transport companies noted that they managed to reduce the payment of carrier services by 24%, reduce the time for searching and assigning drivers to flights by up to 10 times and increase the efficiency of logicians by 4 times. In addition, the service has strengthened control over the execution of orders and ensured transparency in the selection of performers. In the event of an incident (delay, accident, problems with invoices, etc.), the system independently calculates whether the driver will have time to enter the delivery window, and, if necessary, finds another.

The principle of operation of the platform within a single window:

  • The creation of a database of drivers and the indication of relevant reference data (contacts, vehicle type, body type, city, rate, etc.), which will be updated in automatic mode in the future.
  • Create manual delivery requests or automatically load from any order exchange.
  • The system independently selects the most suitable driver for a number of parameters and sends him an offer to take an order through a mobile application.
  • The service receives the consent of the driver and displays this information for the logist. Also, the information is automatically returned to the corresponding order exchange.
