About Customer and Project

"Polymer Pipe Plant" uses "1C:CRM. A module for 1C:ERP and 1S:KA2 "for managing customer relationships. The CRM unit built into the accounting system helps the plant to effectively build relationships with more than 1000 construction and municipal heating network companies.

Polymer St. Petersburg Pipe Plant, TVEL holding member ON makes , flexible insulated pipelines. TVEL-PEX pipes are used for external heating, hot and cold water supply networks.

The process lines of the plant consist of five lines for extruding the supporting pipe from crosslinked polyethylene and two lines for heat and waterproofing. Heat-insulating properties of polyurethane foam are combined with application of internal functional pipe from chemically modified polyethylene pex-a, which is not subject to corrosion, withstands high temperatures.

The plant delivers pipes, helps in the design of networks, trains the installation of pipes, it is possible to install and heat-waterproofing pipeline joints at customer facilities. It is important for the company to capture customer needs, technical features of facilities and service options.
