2023: Automation of Class A Distribution Center

Automation of Class A Distribution Center, 3,000 sq.m.

RC provides storage of the following categories of goods:

• Food
• Consumer Goods (FMCG)
• preservation
• household chemicals
• soft drinks
• animal feed

Automation Project:

• distribution center, an area of ​ ​ about 3,000 square meters. m.;
• Address storage (static and dynamic)
• all operations are performed using RTSD;
• about 10 RTSDs are used simultaneously;
• exchange of data with the corporate system based on 1C:Enterprise 8, spacecraft using YARUS API.
• All warehouse activities from receipt to shipment are automated.

Features:

• Total accounting by shelf life, batch accounting;
• Piece equipment;
• Wave principle of assembly of orders;
• Optimization algorithms in case of redundancy (taking into account the requirements with OSG tolerance);
• Assembly of marked products with fixation of QR codes and unloading to CIS.
