She has professional certifications confirming her competencies in the field of program management and project portfolios, as well as in the field of operational management (PME, PRIME, KMP, P3P, OKR).

2023: Head of Project Management Department

On December 15, 2023, Edit Pro (Borlas Group) announced the appointment of Kira Esina as head of the Project Management Department. It implements a strategy to expand the portfolio of projects to consolidate their management processes.

Since the merger of the practices 1C of Borlas and Edith Pro, all projects for the digitalization of enterprises have been carried out by teams within the framework of unified approaches, methodologies and tools. Their implementation is under the responsibility of the Department of Project Management, which was headed by Kira Yesina.

The main tasks of the Head of the Department are to expand the work of the division in connection with the growing demand for domestic ERP solutions, administrative and methodological support, as well as structuring the knowledge and approaches accumulated by the company during its work.

The changes and scaling of the Department's work are a response to the ever-growing business demand for 1C automation. Now we take over not only the implementation projects themselves, which the company has been successfully engaged in for many years, but also the management of digital portfolios of industrial enterprises. This requires a change in the structure of the Department, approaches to work and the further development of employees' competencies, - explained Kira Esina.

In the near future, it will consolidate project management processes, build and simplify processes within the Department, which will improve the quality of work and manageability.

The head of the Edith Pro Project Management Department was previously Stanislav Tkachev. He led the direction of automation of the energy sector. The direction was administratively allocated to the company due to its strategic importance for Edith Pro and the expansion of activities in this market segment.
