United Steel Company (OMK JSC, Moscow) opened its own network distributions of pipes, flat and long rolled products for small and medium-sized consumers of the regional market. The management set the task of introducing a modern comprehensive accounting management system in OMK Market JSC to sale metal products from a regional network warehouses with a customer relations management unit (). CRM

Before the introduction of the unified accounting system, the Company used the software product "1C: Accounting 8," as a temporary solution - to start work. The situation was complicated by the fact that the Company is a startup and the work regulations were not worked out within the company.

VC 1C-Rarus was chosen as an integrated company as a highly professional and reliable partner with extensive experience in automating accounting systems, having a certificate on the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.

It was decided to build a unified accounting system on the basis of the software product "1C: Trade and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 8."

The following accounting functions are automated:

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM);
  • Warehouse;
  • Sales (sales)
  • Purchasing (procurement).

During the project, 1C-Rarus specialists performed the following works:

  • Collection and analysis of the customer's requirements for the automated system
  • Planning of work stages, preparation of work schedule
  • Interfaces and sets of user rights created
  • Methodical support and technical implementation of specific accounting and control features were implemented in the automation system: functional requirements were developed and the system was configured in accordance with the Customer's requirements.
  • Setup and partial refinement of the standard integration of the system with the program "1C: Accounting 8" in both directions was carried out

The introduction of the accounting information system allowed the Company's managers to conduct operational purchases of goods. Customer Feedback

70 workplaces have been automated. The system has been put into commercial operation since 01.08.2020.

The introduction of the accounting information system allowed the Company's managers to carry out operational purchases and accounting of goods. Updated reports allow you to obtain information about the availability of goods in stock in the breakdown of "goods in stock "/" goods in transit "/" goods in responsible storage," profitability and sales volumes, current orders from suppliers.

Separately, we thank you for developing and implementing the "Responsible Storage" unit (automated workplace), which is not typical for this software product. This revision is extremely important, since it allows you to maintain high-quality operational accounting of goods according to the storage scheme, which is characterized by high complexity, labor costs and is accompanied by tremendous document flow.
