About Customer and Project

Dorlock is the largest supplier of door fittings in the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, and Kazakhstan. It has been working in this area since 1996, and during this time it offers only high-quality products, proven solutions and current innovations in the door hardware market, an individual and responsible approach to each client, favorable working conditions.

The purpose of the project. Automate the operation of the cloud "1C: Trade Management" with marketplaces: Ozon, Wildberries and Yandex.Market.

Project Objectives:

  • Obtain a 1C information system without its own server with access from different locations.
  • configure and finalize automatic integration with marketplaces: unloading goods and balances, loading customer orders;
  • finalizing the exchange with the accounting base for the peculiarities of sales on marketplaces;
  • set up and finalize the reporting in accordance with our wishes.

The software product "1C: Trade and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)" we used earlier, so all settings were made on it.

As part of the project, the following works were carried out:

  • consulting on integration opportunities with marketplaces;
  • setting up integration with Ozon, Wildberries and Yandex.Market, refinement of existing mechanisms for our needs;
  • individual training on working with marketplaces in "1C: Trade and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)";
  • rework of the exchange accounting base with accounting features;
  • broader ability to work with reports.

Effect of project implementation:

  • accelerated processing of incoming orders from Ozon, Wildberries and Yandex.Market;
  • accelerated update of data on balances in marketplaces;
  • Reduced loss of sales orders
  • Reduced labor costs to obtain company performance reports.

Project status: Integration "1C: Trade and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)" with Ozon, Wildberries and Yandex.Market has been launched since 21.09.2021 and is currently being successfully used.

  • Number of documents per month: 5000 pcs.

Customer Feedback

In order to ensure information transparency, business processes our company used the software product "8 1C: Trade Management Rev. 11." To solve the problems of integration with marketplaces, providing remote work and developing functionality, we turned to the company. 1C-Rarus Voronezh

The system was put into commercial operation in 21.09.2021.

The typical configuration meets our requirements for accounting and reflected operations. The program allows you to implement accounting using typical functionality. The integrations with the main marketplaces have been configured and finalized, the functionality has been improved at our request.
