2024: Positive Technologies top executive buys Bimar System stake

On December 20, 2024, it became known that Bimar System attracted investments from a syndicate of investors, including Dmitry Stepanyuk, top manager of Positive Technologies. The deal is implemented on the SberUnity platform.

According to the Telegram channel "Russian Venture," the funds raised will be directed to the technological development of the product and the expansion of sales both in Russia and in other countries. The exact amount of investment has not been disclosed.

The founder of the Bimar System is Denis Kuznetsov, who launched the project in 2019. The company has developed a system for monitoring the processes of construction and installation of structures using digital markers of structural elements.

The developed platform allows you to track the full life cycle of each design element, significantly reduce the time spent on inventory and improve the accuracy of these processes.

In 2023, Bimar System successfully attracted the first angel investments and received a grant from the Russian Information Technology Development Fund. In the same year, the company began selling its product in the markets of Russia and China.

The startup is a graduate of the fourth stream of the Sber500 accelerator, where it received support in developing its business and entering new markets. Participation in the accelerator allowed the company to improve its product and prepare for scaling.

The digital installation marking system Bimar System is an innovative solution for the construction industry that allows you to automate the processes of monitoring and accounting of building structures at all stages of construction.

The platform provides digitalization of construction processes, which helps to increase the efficiency of construction project management and reduce the risks of errors in the installation of structures.^[1]
