Voice assistant Zakhar recognizes the subscriber's request, clarifies which specialist and on what date he wants to sign up, checks the doctor's schedule and records the patient with a specific specialist, sending a recording of the conversation in the form of a text to the medical information system (MIS). He can also transfer the recording, cancel it, clarify the cost of admission, and, if necessary, transfer the dialogue to the operator, while in 80% of cases the voice assistant copes with requests on its own and thereby significantly reduces the cost of the call center.

The multidisciplinary medical center "Lanta" - one of the leading in Khabarovsk - includes children's and adult departments, 13 areas of medical services, offers more than 1,500 types of research.

A large number of patients go to the clinic every day to record with medical specialists, - commented Anna Filippova, Lanta marketer. - Without the participation of a voice assistant, some of the calls could remain unanswered. The connection of the digital assistant made it possible to automate routine operations, in particular, the processing of inappropriate calls, speed up responses to subscriber requests, and unload operators.
