2021: Implementation of the 1C: Trade and Customer Relations Management (CRM) program at TDF LLC

The company TDF"" has been operating in the telecommunication market Russia since 2001. Among the company's clients are large federal facilities,,,, state institutions banks hotels as well as, and trade construction computer companies security throughout Russia. Products are presented in large retail chains, such as "," "," Leroy Merlin"," "." "OBSubwayMaxidom

Reasons for automation: Due to the increase in the number of customers and orders, our team is growing, the company already employs about 20 sales managers, so there was a need to establish internal business processes and the work of managers. We decided to implement a CRM system module based on the 1C: Trade Management program, rev.10.3., before that, there was no single accounting of all customers.

Implementation process: We asked 1C-Rarus for advice to consider all options that fit the specifics of our company and sales department. As a result of the consultation, we decided to finalize the established program "1C: Trade Management" in order to control the entire sales process from the first contact with the client to the shipment of goods. A plan for the implementation of the new module was then approved, and training for employees is planned.

Results of works performed

  • As a result of the implementation, the sales department was established, cooperation with customers became much more efficient, since all information about interaction with them is now stored in one program.
  • Two training sessions were conducted for sales managers, we were able to learn about the new features of the implemented module. We have also prepared useful instructions for us on the functionality of the new module.
  • Now we can analyze the sales funnel in more detail using analytical reports. Thanks to this, you can quickly find a problem in the sale process, which makes interaction with customers more efficient, and it is also possible to analyze the work of each manager according to various parameters.
